Door de unieke beleving van truffels zijn dezes de laatste jaren erg populair geworden. Wat in de volksmond een Truffel wordt genoemd is eigenlijk Sclerotia. Sclerotia is een samenvoeging van myceliumdraden (schimmeldraden). Deze draden bevinden zich onder de grond. Door een temperatuurdaling en vochttoename ontstaat een ideaal klimaat voor een paddenstoel om te kunnen groeien. Is dit klimaat nog niet ideaal, dan vormen de myceliumdraden Sclerotia (truffel) en neemt deze voedingsstoffen op zodat, als het klimaat wel ideaal is, hieruit een paddenstoel kan groeien. Gebruik:
- Gebruik truffels in een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving
- Neem nooit meer dan 1 inhoud van een bakje per keer
- Start met de halve hoeveelheid van het totaalgewicht in het bakje, bepaal na 30-45 minuten of je de dosis wilt verhogen
- Zodra je de effecten voelt heb je maar een kleine dosis nodig om de effecten te verhogen

I have been keen on microdosing psilocybin since Tim Ferriss has been discussing it a great deal. referenced it and firmly followed logical progressions to improve restless issues such as depression and anxiety (which I both experience the ill effects of). Presently, I have been on this excursion for about a month and it makes a difference. Suppose that microdosing encourages me be more aware of the present moment, particularly during the “meh” days and appreciate the great ones completely.
