    This thing is a godsend! I am such a reluctant pill taker and, most importantly, a skeptic regarding products of this nature. I have been prescribed Xanax and did not want to take it consistently or on any basis at all.

    The only change I made for myself is taking 3 grams instead of the recommended 2 grams. I am sure everyone has the most optimal dosage, which works very well for me.

    You won’t notice the effects the first couple of days. Then, you’ll gently feel calmness and relaxation after a few days. If you suffer from anxiety or nervousness, you’ll feel the same as if you were drunk but not intoxicated.

    It’s hard to explain, but the general fear I once had is now a lot lower – it’s still there but watered down.

    This product is natural stress relief.

    I bought this product for my best friend, who has been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. Studies have shown that Ashwagandha reduces stress and anxiety when taken twice a day consistently.

    So far, he has been taking it for about two weeks (in the studies, participants took it for eight weeks), and he has noticed a difference in his stress levels and has been sleeping better at night!

    He would often wake up with “mini” panic attacks in the middle of the night, not being able to breathe, but lately, he has had much fewer incidences. I bought two of these to see if it helps with my own stress in school. It has worked for him, so I’m hoping it will work for me as well.

    So far, so good. I have been taking these for about one week so far and am much less responsive when encountering stress or socializing with someone. Blows some other supplements I have tried out of the water regarding reduction in anxiety (L Theanine). I am currently taking 2 grams per day though sometimes I take it at night.

    I decided to try Ashwagandha for several reasons: cortisol reduction and blood sugar moderation being the top two. In the almost whole month that I’ve been using it, I’ve had a noticeable decrease in feelings of stress. It may be my imagination (because I haven’t been taking it long enough?), but the fat around my belly, both front, and sides seem to be [finally!] melting away.

    I know that it’s the Ashwagandha because I’m doing nothing else differently. GREAT product!

    After trying a dozen or more other products to curb stress and anxiety, I have finally found one that works in Ashwagandha. I felt the effects on the morning of day 3, and they are still going strong.

    I’m not angry.
    I’m not anxious.
    I’m not worrying.
    I’m not nervous.

    A genuine feeling happens about an hour or two after taking one. This vibe gets more subtle but is there throughout the day. I’m hoping this keeps working and gets even better. Being stress-free is glorious feeling.
