AFTERNOON PICK-ME-UP Tea è creato con GABA Oolong, un tè unico lavorato in modo da aumentare naturalmente i livelli di acido gamma-amminobutirrico nelle foglie — un neurotrasmettitore noto per calmare il sistema nervoso. Il risultato? Una mente più lucida e focalizzata, senza eccessiva stimolazione nervosa.
Ingredienti:
- GABA Oolong: Lavorato in modo speciale per essere ricco di acido gamma-amminobutirrico, aiuta a regolare la risposta allo stress, promuove la calma e sostiene la chiarezza mentale.
- 5-HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia): Supporta l’equilibrio dell’umore, la funzione cognitiva e cicli di sonno sani.

Conservare il tè nella busta UV inclusa in frigorifero.

- Non più di 2 bustine al giorno
- Seguire un intervallo di 2 giorni tra i giorni di microdosaggio se si usano i tartufi
- Dosi consigliate di microdose:

🫖 Come preparare
- Prepara la teiera – Se usi i tartufi, tritali finemente e inseriscili nella bustina. Aggiungi in una teiera (min. 500 ml).
- Infusione – Aggiungi acqua calda (80–100°C) e lascia in infusione per almeno 5 minuti.
- Servi & gusta – Versa 2–3 tazze a persona. Puoi riempire di nuovo per una seconda infusione o conservare gli avanzi in frigo fino a 4 giorni.

I tried adding crushed truffles into the tea bag as suggested, and it worked beautifully. Smooth, grounding energy and an amazing flow state for my creative work.
Great tea for the afternoon slump, especially when I combine it with a microdose. The balance of energy and calm is spot on, and the taste hides the truffle flavour nicely.
I love this tea on its own, but when I’m microdosing I sometimes add truffles to the bag. It blends perfectly with the warm spice flavour and makes journaling in the afternoon so much more inspiring.
