Cos’è Chaga

I chose this because it was wild-harvested. It was a pleasant surprise because I didn’t expect the Chaga to be in granules, but they dissolve so easily. The taste is mild and wonderful. I love the tea it makes and how fast I feel enervated. Thank you to whoever did the harvesting and processing. You get 5 stars from me. Blessings
Recently reading about the benefits of Chaga mushroom made me decide to try this. I add this to my yogurt daily and many other crazy items. Cocoa, ashwagandha, ground flax and chia seeds, hemp hearts, almond extract, and macadamia milk. Love this combo and have been eating it for years.

I have been using Chaga mushroom since last year when my Chinese medicine doctor told me it was one of the strongest medicines against my excess yin energy (too much water/humidity inside the body), even stronger than Pu’er tea.
It is the second time I have bought this product. Blends easily. Great way to get this supplement into your diet, especially if you don’t like mushrooms but want the benefits from them.
I make a morning brew of Chaga, red reishi, chai, and a pinch of chicory root. I have tried everything to replace coffee. This makes a dark brew with the texture of coffee without bitterness.
