It has been 20 years since I last used any form of psilocybin so wanted to start slow. This was perfect for microdosing. I followed the information provided and started small.
I built up to my perfect dose and it was great. I had an extra boost of energy and confidence, while feeling my body relax.
Listen to the professionals here, take their advice. My body and mind has changed a lot since I last used these. Unless you have a good knowledge, start slow, you can always add but you can’t take away.
Great for beginners & also good for pros.
