Do You Ship to My Country?

We ship to most European countries, plus a few destinations further afield. So, you can check the full list and table below to see if your country’s included. All Microdose Bros packages ship via UPS, except for the Netherlands (PostNL), and Belgium and Luxembourg, where you can instead choose PostNL or UPS.

Although UPS isn’t the cheapest courier, it’s the fastest and most reliable, with the best overall coverage. As a result, we use it to guarantee the best possible delivery experience. In addition, every order comes with a track-and-trace code, so you can follow your package door to door.

Please note: in line with EU VAT regulations, VAT applies to both the product price and shipping costs for all orders delivered within the EU.

Note: We don’t currently ship to Norway, Denmark, Israel, or the USA.

First, to make delivery as smooth as possible, please provide your full street address, including postal code, at checkout.

Also, hard-to-reach areas like islands or other remote regions may cost more to ship to, because of extra handling fees. Furthermore, since these times are estimates rather than guarantees, they can run longer around holidays or due to traffic.

Delivery Times

First of all, courier partners work within their own normal business hours, and these vary from country to country. In addition, our logistics partners don’t collect packages on weekends or public holidays, so we don’t ship on those days either.

Overall, we dispatch every order within 1–2 business days.

How We Package Your Order

Whenever you order two or more items, we pack and ship them together in a single box — partly for convenience, partly for added safety in transit.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

Simply put, we keep pricing straightforward: you pay based on the weight or volume of your order, calculated automatically at checkout, so there are no hidden fees.

Transit Risk

First, we seal and dispatch every package within 1–2 days. Then, if a courier fails to deliver your package, we cover that risk, not you. However, once a courier confirms delivery to your address, we’re no longer responsible for loss or damage that happens afterward.

Lost in Transit

If a shipment goes missing in transit, we wait 30 working days, and then reprocess and reship your order. Meanwhile, if you have any questions about our shipping policies, you can easily email us at MicrodoseBros@gmail.com.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as we hand your order to the courier, we’ll email you a tracking number, the courier’s website details, and an expected delivery time. In addition, you can also check your order status on our order tracking page. However, please note that tracking numbers can take up to 24 business hours to activate on the courier’s site.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

First and foremost, please double-check your shipping details before you order. Because couriers charge fees when an address and postal code don’t match, you, and not us, will cover those costs. Similarly, if we need to reship your order due to an address error, you’ll also cover the reshipping cost.

Discreet Delivery

With Microdose Bros, you don’t have to worry, because only you will know what your parcel contains. In fact, all our packaging is completely discreet.

On the outside, the package simply shows your address, our return address, and the necessary postage information. Of course, we never use Microdose Bros as the sender’s name.

Because your privacy matters to us, we take shipping very seriously, and we’re always looking for reliable ways to get your order to you quickly and discreetly. As a result, your order ships in plain, non-transparent packaging, so nobody can tell what’s inside or who the sender is. Finally, each item goes out in a well-sealed brown package, with your address and the UPS service label on the outside, and nothing more.

Our Legal Compliance

To begin with, we operate under Dutch law, European law, and the United Nations’ 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances, signed in Vienna, Austria — the framework that governs international control of psychotropic substances.

Because laws vary by country and can change, some of our products may be illegal where you live. Since we can’t track every country’s regulations in real time, we recommend that you confirm your product’s legal status before ordering.

Ultimately, responsibility for legally importing these products falls on you, the customer. So, before ordering from abroad, please confirm the products can legally enter your destination country.

Finally, we’re not responsible for any misuse of products bought on our site. If a product is illegal where you live and you order without confirming this first, you, and not Microdose Bros, bear the consequences. Therefore, by placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
