Legal issues, customs delays, or seizures outside the Netherlands.

4. Health & Safety

5. Shipping and Customs

Customer Responsibility:

Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are your responsibility.

UK Customers: Due to Brexit, customs fees or import taxes may occasionally apply. These charges are rare, outside of our control, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options & Signature Waiver:

Orders may be delivered to your home address, a UPS Access Point, or PostNL pickup location, depending on your country.
Orders may be shipped without requiring a signature.

Shipping Issues:

Microdose Bros is not liable for customs seizures or legal issues.
If your package is lost or delayed for over 30 days, we will offer a one-time reshipment to a nearby UPS or PostNL pickup point with track & trace; the customer must pay the shipping fee based on the cost to that specific country.
If the package is lost or seized a second time, no further action, refund, or reshipment will be offered.

6. Return and Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are not available once shipped. All sales are final. Once payment is received, no refunds can be issued. Exceptions: If there’s a problem with your order, please contact our support team via WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help.
