Cette infusion de plantes sans caféine associe des herbes apaisantes, des champignons fonctionnels et des arômes réconfortants pour une expérience profondément relaxante. Conçue pour décompresser en fin de journée ou faciliter un passage en douceur vers un sommeil réparateur.
Ingrédients :
- Champignon Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) : Utilisé depuis des siècles pour soutenir l’équilibre, réduire la fatigue et favoriser le calme.
- Vitamine B12 : Nutriment essentiel qui soutient la santé du cerveau et du système nerveux tout en équilibrant l’énergie et le métabolisme.
- Ginseng asiatique et sibérien : Adaptogènes connus pour réduire la fatigue et restaurer l’équilibre.

Conservez le thé dans le sachet UV inclus, au réfrigérateur.

🫖 Préparation
- Préparer une théière – Émiettez la truffe (optionnel), ajoutez-la dans le sachet et placez dans une théière (min. 500 ml).
- Infuser – Ajoutez de l’eau chaude (80–100°C) et laissez reposer au moins 5 minutes.
- Servir & savourer – Servez 2–3 tasses par personne. Réinfusez ou conservez au réfrigérateur jusqu’à 3–4 jours.

This tea with truffles is a game-changer. The flavour hides the earthy taste perfectly, and the experience feels grounding, creative, and deeply calming.
Mellow Fellow is amazing on its own, but when I add a tiny bit of truffle it takes the relaxation to another level. Great for winding down and journaling at night.
