Gift Cards and Voucher Codes – General Information

Voucher Codes

Please note the following terms for voucher codes issued by Microdose Bros through newsletters, campaigns, or promotions:

  1. Single Use: Each voucher code may only be redeemed once.
  2. Combination Rules:
    • Only one voucher code can be used per order.
    • Voucher codes can, however, be combined with gift cards for additional savings.
  3. Expiry Date: Always check the expiry date of your voucher code before use.
  4. Exclusions: Certain voucher codes may not be applicable to discounted items or specific product categories.
  5. Product/Category Restrictions: Some voucher codes are valid only for particular products or categories.
  6. Minimum Order Value: Voucher codes may have a minimum order value requirement.
  7. Returns Policy: If you return items purchased with a voucher code, we reserve the right not to renew the validity of the code.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Microdose Bros are subject to the following terms:

  1. Validity: Gift cards are valid for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
  2. Combination Rules:
    • You can use multiple gift cards per order (and combine them with a voucher code) up to a maximum order value of €200.
    • The maximum value of gift cards that can be redeemed per calendar month is €500.
    • The maximum gift card balance that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is also €500.
  3. Remaining Balance: After making a purchase, any unused balance on your gift card will remain in your gift card total.
  4. Gift Card Balance Location: Your gift card total can be viewed in ‘My Account’ under ‘Gift Card Balance.’
  5. Refunds for Returns: If you return goods purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your gift card balance for future use.
  6. Non-Exchangable: Gift card balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order value when using a gift card for purchases.
