Come utilizzare le Spore di Funghi Magici Messicani

Passo 1: Lavati accuratamente le mani e usa un panno umido e pulito per pulire l’esterno della Fiala di Coltura. Per una sterilizzazione ottimale, utilizza un tampone di alcol sterile per eliminare efficacemente i batteri.

Passo 2: La siringa è sicuramente contenuta in un imballaggio sterile. Prendi cura di evitare la contaminazione e apri l’imballaggio in un ambiente pulito.

Passo 3: Allenta delicatamente il tappo della Fiala di Coltura, lasciandolo parzialmente aperto. Questo permette di riempire la siringa facilmente senza incontrare problemi legati al vuoto.

Passo 4: Inserisci l’ago attraverso il tappo di gomma e procedi a riempire la siringa.

Passo 5: Una volta riempita la siringa, è pronta per essere utilizzata per inoculare il substrato selezionato. Lascia crescere la coltura all’interno del substrato a temperatura ambiente. In pochi giorni, osserverai la crescita visibile del micelio.
