Mazatapec Magic Paddestoelsporen – Deze stam werd ontdekt in de buurt van Mazatapec in Mexico, maar is onlangs populairder geworden. De Mazatapec is een gemakkelijk te kweken stam van paddestoelen. Net als de andere Mexicaanse stammen is deze zeer visueel en spiritueel.
De Culture Ampul kan worden gebruikt om substraat te inoculeren met de Magic Mushrooms-culturen. Conventionele spore-afdrukken en spuiten hebben een hoger risico op besmetting en zijn minder waarschijnlijk succesvol.

Hoe te gebruiken
Stap 1
Was uw handen grondig en reinig de buitenkant van de Culture Ampul met een vochtige, schone doek. We raden aan om een steriel alcohol-doekje te gebruiken om bacteriën te verwijderen.
Stap 2
De spuit is verpakt in steriele verpakkingen. Zorg ervoor dat de spuit niet besmet is en open de verpakking in een schone omgeving.
Stap 3
Maak de dop van de Culture Ampul een beetje los (niet helemaal). Op deze manier kunt u de spuit vullen zonder problemen met de vacuüm.
Stap 4
Steek de naald door de rubberen afdichting en vul de spuit.
Stap 5
De gevulde spuit is klaar voor gebruik, en de cultuur kan gebruikt worden om het gekozen substraat te inoculeren. Laat de cultuur groeien op kamertemperatuur in het substraat. Binnen een paar dagen zal het mycelium zichtbaar zijn.

Levensduur
Sporenflesjes worden onder steriele omstandigheden geproduceerd en moeten donker en gekoeld (2-8 °C) bewaard worden om hun levensduur te verlengen.
