Diese Sorte wurde in der Nähe von Mazatapec in Mexiko entdeckt, ist aber in letzter Zeit immer beliebter geworden. Der Mazatapec ist eine leicht zu züchtende Pilzsorte. Wie die anderen mexikanischen Sorten ist diese Sorte sehr visuell und spirituell.
Die Kulturampulle kann zum Inokulieren von Substrat mit den Magic Mushrooms Kulturen verwendet werden. Herkömmliche Sporenabdrücke und Spritzen bergen ein höheres Risiko der Verunreinigung und sind weniger erfolgversprechend.

Wie zu verwenden
Schritt 1
Wasche deine Hände gründlich und reinige die Außenseite der Kulturampulle mit einem feuchten, sauberen Tuch. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung eines sterilen Alkoholtupfers, um Bakterien abzutöten.
Schritt 2
Die Spritze befindet sich in einer sterilen Verpackung. Darauf achten, dass die Spritze nicht kontaminiert ist und die Verpackung in einer sauberen Umgebung öffnen.
Schritt 3
Löse den Deckel der Kulturampulle ein wenig (nicht ganz). Auf diese Weise kannst du die Spritze ohne Probleme mit dem Vakuum füllen.
Schritt 4
Steche die Nadel durch die Gummidichtung und befülle die Spritze.
Schritt 5
Die gefüllte Spritze ist einsatzbereit, und die Kultur kann zum Animpfen des gewählten Substrats verwendet werden. Lass die Kultur in dem Substrat bei Raumtemperatur wachsen. Innerhalb weniger Tage wird das Myzel sichtbar sein.

Lebensdauer
Die Sporenfläschchen werden unter sterilen Bedingungen hergestellt und sollten dunkel und gekühlt (2-8 °C) aufbewahrt werden, um ihre Lebensdauer zu verlängern.
