De Paul Stamets Stack verwijst naar een methode van microdosering die is opgezet door een beroemde pionier op het gebied van microdosering, Paul Stamets. Deze Paul Stamets Stack is samengesteld uit truffels, niacine en Lion’s Mane Paddenstoelpoeder.
Een van onze favoriete soorten om te microdoseren is de Mini Mexicana-soort. Om correct te doseren is het belangrijk om een digitale weegschaal te gebruiken om je Truffels te wegen. Dit komt omdat de hoeveelheden extreem laag zijn. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de hoeveelheden klein genoeg zijn, zou je een truffelmolen kunnen gebruiken.
