Feels like it helps the immune system. I had Reishi Extract Capsules every day. A little small bottle, so if you take it every day, then better to have several bottles.
So far, I like the Reishi Extract Capsule product very much. I have noticed from using it so far that I have more energy throughout the day.
I have taken Reishi Extract Capsules for more energy. I take only 1 capsule a day. After about 6 weeks, my 10 years of living with insomnia was over. After 3 years of living with 24/7 side effects from 2 days on Cipro antibiotic, I am pain-free. This product, for me, was life-changing.
