I started using catmint tea in the evenings after work, and it’s become one of my favourite calming herbs. It helps me release tension and fall asleep more easily — especially when I combine it with passionflower or skullcap.
Super mellow vibe. I smoke a little catmint mixed with damiana when I want to unwind without getting high. It’s got a light, floral-minty flavour and pairs really well with my spliff mix. No nicotine, no crash — just calm.
Didn’t know humans could benefit from catnip, but this really works. I brew it with lemon balm and a splash of honey and it instantly soothes my nerves. Great after a long day or a stressful commute.
Clean, fresh, and surprisingly effective. I vape a small amount in my dry herb vaporiser before journaling or reading and it gives a peaceful, floaty feeling. Not strong, but very pleasant and grounding.
Smooth and mellow. I use it in my herbal spliffs with passionflower. Great when I want to smoke something light but calming. Would be 5 stars if the packaging was resealable.
I drink it as tea with a spoon of honey. It’s great for when I feel overstimulated or anxious. Not too strong, just a soft calm. Really helps me settle down.
Gentle but effective. I drink catmint tea during my cycle to help with tension and bloating. It also helps take the edge off emotionally — like a soft exhale for your mind.
Good for sleep prep or winding down. The taste is minty and light. I give it 4 stars only because I prefer to mix it rather than use it alone.
Perfect for winding down. I make a tea with catmint, chamomile, and lavender about an hour before bed and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and wake up less. The quality from Indian Elements is always excellent.
Lovely herb for calming down after a busy day. I mix it with lemon balm and it helps, but I had to steep it a bit longer than usual to get the full effect.
Great alternative to stronger herbs. I use it when I don’t want to feel «knocked out» but still need to relax. I’ve also tried blending it with CBD flower — really smooth combo.
Catmint has a subtle, sweet minty flavour and makes a lovely evening tea. It helps me unplug from tech and social media and get into a more present, quiet space. Bonus: my cat loves sniffing the bag 😂
