Korak 2: Štrcaljka je sigurno zapakirana u sterilnoj ambalaži. Pazite da ne dođe do kontaminacije i otvorite ambalažu u čistom okruženju.
Korak 3: Nježno otpustite kapu kultivacijske ampule, dopuštajući djelomično otpuštanje zraka (ne potpuno). To olakšava punjenje štrcaljke bez problema povezanih s vakuumom.
Korak 4: Umjesto igle kroz gumenu brtvu i nastavite puniti štrcaljku željenom količinom.
Korak 5: Čestitamo! Štrcaljka je sada napunjena i spremna za uporabu. Inokulirajte odabrani supstrat kulturom. Dopustite kulturi da raste unutar supstrata na sobnoj temperaturi. U roku od nekoliko dana micelij će postati vidljiv, što ukazuje na uspješan rast.
