CÓMO USARLO
Instrucciones de uso:
Paso 1: Lava minuciosamente tus manos y utiliza un paño húmedo y limpio para limpiar el exterior de la Ampolla de Cultivo. Para una esterilización óptima, recomendamos utilizar una torunda de alcohol estéril para eliminar las bacterias.
Paso 2: La jeringa está debidamente sellada en un empaque estéril. Ten cuidado de evitar la contaminación y abre el empaque en un entorno limpio.
Paso 3: Afloja suavemente la tapa de la Ampolla de Cultivo, permitiendo la liberación parcial de aire (no completamente). Esto facilita el llenado de la jeringa sin encontrar problemas relacionados con el vacío.
Paso 4: Inserta la aguja a través del sello de goma y procede a llenar la jeringa con la cantidad deseada.
Paso 5: ¡Felicidades! La jeringa ahora está llena y lista para su uso. Inocula el sustrato elegido con la cultura. Permite que la cultura crezca dentro del sustrato a temperatura ambiente. En pocos días, el micelio será visible, lo que indica un crecimiento exitoso.
