HOE TE GEBRUIKEN
Gebruiksaanwijzing:
Stap 1: Was grondig je handen en gebruik een vochtige, schone doek om de buitenkant van de Cultuurampul schoon te maken. Voor optimale sterilisatie raden we aan een steriel alcoholdoekje te gebruiken om bacteriën te elimineren.
Stap 2: De spuit is veilig verpakt in steriele verpakking. Zorg ervoor dat er geen besmetting plaatsvindt en open de verpakking in een schone omgeving.
Stap 3: Maak de dop van de Cultuurampul voorzichtig los, zodat er gedeeltelijk lucht kan ontsnappen (niet volledig). Dit vergemakkelijkt het vullen van de spuit zonder problemen met vacuüm.
Stap 4: Steek de naald door de rubberen afsluiting en vul de spuit met de gewenste hoeveelheid.
Stap 5: Gefeliciteerd! De spuit is nu gevuld en klaar voor gebruik. Inoculeer je gekozen substraat met de cultuur. Laat de cultuur groeien binnen het substraat op kamertemperatuur. Binnen enkele dagen zal het mycelium zichtbaar worden, wat wijst op succesvolle groei.

Houdbaarheid
Sporenflesjes worden onder steriele omstandigheden geproduceerd en moeten donker en gekoeld bewaard worden (2-8°C) om hun levensduur te verlengen.
