Latte di Curcuma MB Superfoods:
Ingredienti:
- 1/2 tazza di latte di cocco
- 1/2 tazza d’acqua
- 1 cucchiaino di cannella
- 1 cucchiaino di polvere di curcuma MB Superfoods
- Un pizzico di pepe nero
- 1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia
- 1/2 cucchiaino di olio di cocco
- 1/2 cucchiaio di burro
- Dolcificante a piacere
Istruzioni:
- Aggiungere tutti gli ingredienti in una pentola piccola e scaldare a fuoco basso-medio fino a quando si mescolano.
- Assaggiare e aggiungere dolcezza a piacere.
- Versare il composto in un frullatore e pulsare per 30 secondi.
- Versare nella tazza preferita e gustare!
Palle energetiche alla curcuma e zenzero MB Superfoods:
Ingredienti:
- 3/4 tazza di fave di caffè espresso ricoperte di cioccolato fondente
- 1/2 tazza di scaglie di cocco
- 1/2 tazza di mandorle
- 1/2 tazza di semi di zucca
- 1 1/2 tazze di datteri
- 1/4 tazza di semi di chia
- 1/2 tazza di burro di mandorle
- 1 cucchiaino di zenzero macinato
- 1 cucchiaino di polvere di curcuma MB Superfoods
- 1/2 cucchiaino di sale kosher
Istruzioni:
- Pulsare le fave di caffè espresso in un robot da cucina fino a ottenere una polvere fine e mettere da parte.
- Tritare grossolanamente cocco, mandorle, semi di zucca e datteri, quindi aggiungere i semi di chia.
- Versare lentamente 1/4 di tazza di acqua calda e lavorare fino a ottenere una pasta.
- Aggiungere burro di mandorle, zenzero, polvere di curcuma, sale e miscela di cocco, e pulsare fino a combinare.
- Prelevare la miscela di datteri, formare delle palline, quindi rotolarle nelle fave di caffè espresso tritate.
- Raffreddare per almeno 1 ora e gustare!
Frullato di curcuma MB Superfoods:
Ingredienti:
- 1 cucchiaio di polvere di curcuma
- 200 ml d’acqua
- 2 banane mature
- 1 cm cubico di zenzero fresco
- 1 manciata grande di foglie di spinaci freschi
- 1/2 tazza di ananas surgelato
- 2/3 di tazza di mango surgelato
Istruzioni:
- Frullare tutti gli ingredienti fino a ottenere una consistenza omogenea.
- Versare il frullato in un bicchiere e gustare!
