Ingredientes:
- 1/2 xícara de leite de coco
- 1/2 xícara de água
- 1 colher de chá de canela
- 1 colher de chá de Pó de Cúrcuma MB Superfoods
- Uma pitada de pimenta preta
- 1 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha
- 1/2 colher de chá de óleo de coco
- 1/2 colher de sopa de manteiga
- Adoçante a gosto
Instruções:
- Adicione todos os ingredientes a uma panela pequena e aqueça em fogo baixo-médio até misturar.
- Prove e adicione adoçante a gosto.
- Despeje a mistura em um liquidificador e pulse por 30 segundos.
- Despeje em sua caneca favorita e aproveite!
Bolas de Energia de Cúrcuma e Gengibre MB Superfoods:
Ingredientes:
- 3/4 xícara de grãos de café expresso cobertos de chocolate escuro
- 1/2 xícara de flocos de coco
- 1/2 xícara de amêndoas
- 1/2 xícara de sementes de abóbora
- 1 1/2 xícaras de tâmaras
- 1/4 xícara de sementes de chia
- 1/2 xícara de manteiga de amêndoa
- 1 colher de chá de gengibre em pó
- 1 colher de chá de Pó de Cúrcuma MB Superfoods
- 1/2 colher de chá de sal kosher
Instruções:
- Pulsar os grãos de café expresso em um processador de alimentos até ficarem finamente moídos e reserve.
- Pique grosseiramente o coco, as amêndoas, as sementes de abóbora e as tâmaras, e depois adicione as sementes de chia.
- Despeje lentamente 1/4 de xícara de água quente e processe até formar uma pasta.
- Adicione a manteiga de amêndoa, o gengibre, o Pó de Cúrcuma, o sal e a mistura de coco, e pulse até combinar.
- Retire a mistura de tâmaras, enrole em bolas e depois role nos grãos de café expresso picados.
- Resfrie por pelo menos 1 hora e aproveite!

- 200ml de água
- 2 bananas maduras
- 1 cm de gengibre fresco cortado em cubos

- 2/3 xícara de manga congelada
Instruções:
- Bata todos os ingredientes até ficarem homogêneos.
- Despeje o smoothie em um copo e aproveite!
