Surprising benefit: I feel less tension in my gut. I think it’s from the anti-inflammatory effect. Definitely noticing more calm in my body overall.
The product itself is excellent. I feel more balanced, focused, and just… clear. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the packaging could be more user-friendly—like a zip-lock seal to keep it fresher. Otherwise, very happy with it!
