Inserisci attentamente l’ago attraverso il sigillo di gomma e procedi a riempire la siringa.
Passaggio 5
Una volta riempita la siringa, è pronta per essere utilizzata per l’inoculazione del substrato selezionato. Lascia che la coltura cresca nel substrato a temperatura ambiente. In pochi giorni, il micelio diventerà visibile, segno di una crescita di successo.
