Paso 3
Afloja suavemente la tapa de la Ampolla de Cultivo, dejándola ligeramente entreabierta (pero no completamente abierta). Esto permite el llenado de la jeringa sin problemas relacionados con el vacío.
Paso 4
Inserta cuidadosamente la aguja a través del sello de goma y procede a llenar la jeringa.
Paso 5
Una vez llena la jeringa, está lista para ser utilizada en la inoculación del sustrato seleccionado. Permite que la cultura crezca en el sustrato a temperatura ambiente. En pocos días, el micelio se volverá visible, lo que indica un crecimiento exitoso.
