- 🧘 Stress & emotionele spanning verminderen

I combine this with Damiana tea and it’s an amazing blend. I feel relaxed, sensual, and balanced. This mix has honestly changed the way I approach self-care and intimacy.
Muira Puama adds a spark—mentally and physically. I feel more emotionally open, less fatigued, and yes, the libido boost is very real. Great for long-term use.
I was skeptical, but this helped more than expected. My cycle symptoms are less severe, and I’m noticing a steady return of sexual desire. Highly recommend to women seeking something gentle but effective.
I didn’t think a tea could help with focus and energy this much. It’s not like coffee—it’s smoother, lasts longer, and doesn’t mess with my sleep. Really impressed by the quality.
I originally bought this out of curiosity after reading about it in a wellness blog. Now I take it regularly. It has a grounding effect—calms my nerves but also gives me this subtle, confident energy. I use it before meditation and on busy days. Definitely feels like a body-mind tonic.
I use this in tea around 2PM instead of coffee. It keeps me going with steady energy and even helps with focus and creativity. It’s not a stimulant—it’s smarter than that.
Picked this up at the shop in Utrecht and had a great conversation with Pascalle. She recommended Muira Puama for stress and mood, and it’s been exactly what I needed. Calms my nerves, lifts my energy.
I didn’t know what to expect, but this herb is legit. I take it as tea a few times a week and notice a difference in mood, energy, and especially libido. Nothing extreme, just a steady improvement over time.
I met Ali in the shop after asking about natural energy without caffeine. He pointed me to Muira Puama and explained how it supports both focus and mood. Since I started using it, I’ve felt way less tension in my body and more consistent energy throughout the day. Solid recommendation.
I dropped by the Utrecht shop not really knowing what I needed, and Ana introduced me to Muira Puama. She explained how it helps with both libido and stress. I’ve been drinking the tea daily, and I feel more alive, more connected, and more at peace. She made the whole experience feel personal and respectful.
Helps me feel more connected and relaxed in the evening. I use it before yoga or breathwork, and it really supports that inner calm and presence. It’s a beautiful plant to work with—I’m impressed by its subtle power.
Honestly, I bought this because of the name “potency wood” and didn’t expect much. But wow—this really works. Within a week I felt more vitality and confidence, especially in intimate moments. It’s natural, no side effects, and way better than anything synthetic I’ve tried.
I’ve tried a lot of herbal products and this one actually delivers. It’s not overwhelming — it just quietly improves your mood, stamina, and emotional energy. I’ve felt more balanced in work and in the bedroom. Respect to the MB team for curating quality like this.
This herb is exactly what I was missing. It brings a gentle warmth to my day, mentally and physically. I drink a cup after work and feel like I drop back into my body. It’s become part of my evening self-care.
This herb is amazing for emotional balance. I take it during my luteal phase (PMS week) and I feel more emotionally stable, less overwhelmed. It’s become part of my herbal toolkit.
