MELLOW FELLOW Té es tu invitación a bajar el ritmo. Esta infusión herbal sin cafeína combina plantas calmantes, hongos funcionales y aromas relajantes para una experiencia profundamente reconfortante. Diseñada para cerrar el día o facilitar una transición suave hacia un sueño reparador.
Ingredientes:
- Hongo Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum): Hongo funcional usado durante siglos para favorecer el equilibrio, reducir la fatiga y promover la calma.
- Vitamina B12: Nutriente esencial que apoya la salud cerebral y nerviosa, equilibrando al mismo tiempo la energía y el metabolismo.
- Ginseng asiático y siberiano: Adaptógenos que ayudan a reducir la fatiga y restaurar el equilibrio.
- Base herbal (llantén, hinojo, flores de saúco, melisa, manzanilla, flor de tilo, jengibre, eucalipto, ortiga, tomillo, menta piperita, lavanda): Plantas calmantes con propiedades digestivas y relajantes, complementadas con un refrescante sabor a menta herbal.

🫖 Cómo preparar
- Prepara una tetera – Tritura la trufa (opcional), añádela a la bolsita de té y coloca en una tetera (mín. 500 ml).
- Infusionar – Añade agua caliente (80–100°C) y deja reposar al menos 5 minutos.
- Servir & disfrutar – Sirve 2–3 tazas por persona. Rellena con más agua o guarda el resto en la nevera hasta 3–4 días.

This tea with truffles is a game-changer. The flavour hides the earthy taste perfectly, and the experience feels grounding, creative, and deeply calming.
Mellow Fellow is amazing on its own, but when I add a tiny bit of truffle it takes the relaxation to another level. Great for winding down and journaling at night.
