Kako koristiti
Korak 1
Temeljito operite ruke i očistite vanjsku stranu kulture ampule vlažnom, čistom krpom. Preporučujemo upotrebu sterilnog alkoholnog brisa za uništavanje bakterija.
Korak 2
Štrcaljka je zapakirana u sterilnom pakiranju. Provjerite da štrcaljka nije kontaminirana i otvorite pakiranje u čistom okruženju.
Korak 3
Malo otpustite čep kulture ampule (ne potpuno). Na taj način možete napuniti štrcaljku bez problema s vakuumom.
Korak 4
Umetnite iglu kroz gumenu brtvu i napunite štrcaljku.
Korak 5
Punjena štrcaljka je spremna za upotrebu, a kultura se može koristiti za inokulaciju odabranog supstrata. Pustite kulturu da raste u supstratu na sobnoj temperaturi. U roku od nekoliko dana, micelij će biti vidljiv.
