De Ashwagandha-plant staat bekend als een van de krachtigste kruiden van Ayurveda. In het Sanskriet betekent Ashwagandha ‘de geur van een paard’. The resealable bag makes it convenient for on-demand use. This product is an excellent addition to any smoothie. It’s still too early for me to comment on the sleep benefits. I also haven’t noticed any unusual aftertaste following use
I adore ashwagandha, and this powder offers excellent value for money compared to the capsules. The quality seems top-notch, having undergone lab testing and certified organic. The only drawback is the “resealable” bag, which proves challenging to seal properly. It takes a good two or three minutes of pressing to secure it, but even then, a slight press can cause the closure to pop open, releasing a burst of air and powder. A heads up: transferring the powder to an opaque mason jar is necessary to maintain freshness upon arrival. It’s a bit inconvenient, but I prefer this eco-friendly packaging over a thick plastic jar harmful to the environment.
I’ve observed that I tend to feel fatigued after taking it during the day. While I’m unsure if it’s boosting my testosterone, I can affirm that it certainly promotes restful sleep, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall sleep quality. As a result, I’ve decided to only take this supplement after work and before bedtime, foregoing its inclusion in my antioxidant drink during workouts.
This product isn’t bitter at all. I simply place half a teaspoon in my mouth 2-3 times a day and let it dissolve before swallowing. Sometimes I follow it with hot tea, apple juice, or nothing at all. As it’s a raw product, I prefer consuming it in its raw form to fully appreciate its goodness. I purchased one pound at a very fair price.
This herb is of exceptional quality, and I wholeheartedly recommend this brand. It served as a replacement for a previous purchase that tasted like it had impurities, resembling dirt. In contrast, this brand is fresh and imparts a pure taste. Highly recommended.

Bitter taste but the flavor pairs well with coffee or is easily hidden amongst other flavors when I drink it with my protein powder in the morning. I paid this with mucuna, and I won’t be without both powders moving forward!
