We strongly advise initiating the cultivation process immediately upon receiving your kit. In case immediate cultivation isn’t possible, placing the kit in the refrigerator is recommended. Maintaining a temperature of 3–5°C will induce a ‘hibernation mode’. Within this temperature range, the grow kit can be stored for a duration of 3 to 4 weeks.
Crucial tip: If you decide to store the kit, ensure it’s securely enclosed within an airtight plastic bag to ward off any potential contamination.

You’ll need:
- A spray bottle for misting
- Clean tap water or mineral water
- A well-lit location for placing the kit (avoid direct sunlight)

Step 1 Uncover the grow kit by removing the lid and saturate the container entirely with water. Replace the lid and allow it to soak for 9–12 hours, preferably in a cool location such as a refrigerator.

Step 2 Following the soaking period, around 9–12 hours later, take off the container’s lid and cleanse it using running water. Keep the lid for future use; it will be required. Drain any excess water from the kit.

Step 3 Add approximately 150ml of clean tap water into the growth bag. Position the grow kit within the bag along with the water. Mist water onto the inner sides of the bag just once during setup.
Maintaining the correct humidity level is of utmost importance. The optimal relative humidity range is 85–100%.

Step 4 Fold the upper part of the grow bag twice (approximately 3cm) and secure it using paperclips. Place the bag in a well-lit area. Choose a warm location between 23–27°C, with access to indirect natural light – avoid direct sunlight. Elevating the kit slightly on a bookshelf is advisable.

Step 5 As soon as the initial pins become visible, refresh the air by opening the bag 1–3 times per day.
Mushrooms rely on oxygen and require daily fresh air for proper growth. Any accumulated CO2 will dissipate upon bag opening.

CLEAN HARVESTING When handling the grow kit, maintaining cleanliness is vital.
