Zodra de spuit is gevuld, is deze klaar voor gebruik om het geselecteerde substraat te enten. Laat de cultuur groeien binnen het substraat bij kamertemperatuur. Binnen enkele dagen zal het mycelium zichtbaar worden, wat wijst op succesvolle groei.
